Deathstroke decides that the best way to find Oracle is to use two of Gotham's well-known villains, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy, to distract the remainder of Gotham's vigilantes. But he was unaware that Oracle's agents, The Birds of Prey, would be there to stop him.
